In otherwords were you told you needed to do some exercise due to bone density issues, cardiovascular issues or that you needed to lose some weight because it was negatively affecting your health? Or do you know you aren’t as strong, flexible or have the balance you once had?

Step into a realm of total wellness transformation. Let’s start with FREE Health Assessments. I schedule these for an hour, so we can discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit! They can include; measurements, photos, strength testing, agility testing and nutrition. But this is a discussion FIRST!

On Demand Training. This is a video library of exercises; both regular and modified and exercise programs. Following a free Zoom Health Assessments, I provide you with guidance on how to begin with the programs and exercises. You are able to access the videos at your convenience. $55/monthly subscription.

Fitness Let's sculpt a stronger, vibrant version of yourself together! We begin with the health assessments and goal setting. Then I develop a plan for you, accounting for any limitations you may have and the goals you have stated. This is a hybrid program with calls and written workouts. We discuss equipment you have access to and how to proceed. I will provide you six workouts with two zoom meeting to discuss how you’re doing and how to move forward. $195

Fitness

Nutrition

Fitness & Nutrition. Let’s focus on your fitness, strength, balance and flexibility but let’s add in nutrition. Nutrition is the break point for all clients who can’t get to the weight wellness or appearance they are looking for. We assess your fitness and discuss a healthy nutrition program. we talk via phone or zoom once every other week to discuss your progress and make adjustments to your exercises and nutrition. I provide you with a plan and caloric intake information. $50/month fitness subscription & $120 for nutrition consultations. Total $170/month

You know what you are doing for fitness BUT you need some guidance on food choices, amounts and plans. Nutrition coaching and meal planning is an area where we discuss how you like to eat healthily and I provide you plans, shopping lists and caloric intake and most importantly Behavior Changes! $200/month; 4 sessions.

This program begins with assessments and goal setting, then jumps into the program that fits you. We work together and you attain your goals! We meet once a week via zoom to discuss your progress. $200/month: 4 sessions
