21-Day Challenges | $67

During the 21-Days to Train for Life you will be provided daily encouragement; recorded workouts; and nutrition information. This is a great starting place for your on-going life changes. We do it in.a way that works for you and is adjustable for each participant.

On Demand Fitness | $47 per month

Access our library of exercises and workouts using body weight, free-weights, or bands/loops to get the health you desire. Take your wellness journey to the next level with On Demand Fitness Classes and an extensive Exercise Library with modification for just about every exercise…if you need it!

Wellness Coaching | $200

Embark on a holistic approach towards your well-being, reaching new heights of vitality. Discuss the mind/body connection for a total package. A wellness session will include discussions on nutrition, fitness and mindset with an emphasis on behavorial changes.

Personal Training

Workshops, Master classes & Retreats

Workshops and masterclasses are conducted quarterly; online and in person and designed with you in mind!

Retreats are taylored to your needs or the needs of your group; corporate, family, and friends. Indulge in the ultimate wellness experience; farm to table harvesting and more.

Nutrition is important to changing your body and enhancing your health.  But it won't work unless you want to make the changes and the foods are meals you will prepare and eat.
