Fitness

FREE Fitness Assessments

Step into a realm of total wellness transformation. Let’s start with FREE Health Assessments. I schedule these for an hour, so we can discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit! They can include; measurements, photos, cardio, strength, and agility testing plus review nutrition.

But this is a discussion FIRST! Then we move into action!

During the 21-Days to Train for Life you will be provided daily encouragement; recorded workouts; and nutrition information. This is a great starting place for your on-going life changes. We do it in.a way that works for you and is adjustable for each participant. I usually schedule these quarterly. I am actively involved in each group, answering questions and providing motivation.

21-Day Challenges | $67

$47/monthly subscription

On Demand Training. This is a video library of exercises; regular and modified exercise programs. Following the free Zoom or in-person Health Assessments, I provide you with guidance on how to begin with the programs and exercises. You are able to access the videos at your convenience.

Hybrid Fitness - $195 Let's sculpt a stronger, vibrant version of you together! We begin with the health assessments and goal setting. Then I develop a plan for you, accounting for any limitations you may have and the goals you have stated. This is a hybrid program with calls and written workouts. We discuss equipment you have access to and how to proceed. I will provide you six workouts with two zoom meeting to discuss how you’re doing and how to move forward.

Personal Training - 2 x weekly for 4 weeks - $500

Personal Training is the direction the majority of my clients tend to go because, for various reasons, they don’t want to train in a gym with other people around. You are afforded the opportunity to train and talk about all the things that come up during a session in privacy.

Nutrition

Fitness & Nutrition.$47/month fitness subscription & $120 for nutrition. Let’s focus on your fitness, strength, balance and flexibility but let’s add in nutrition. Nutrition is the one thing holding clients back from getting to the weight wellness or appearance they want. We assess your fitness and discuss a healthy nutrition program. We talk via phone or zoom once every other week to discuss your progress and make adjustments to your exercises and nutrition. I provide you with a plan and caloric intake information.

You know what you are doing for fitness BUT you need some guidance on food choices, amounts and plans.

Nutrition coaching‍ ‍$200/month; 4 sessions Nutrition coaching and meal planning is an area where we discuss how you like to eat healthily and I provide you plans, shopping lists and caloric intake and most importantly Behavior Changes!

Wellness

Wellness Coaching $200/month Embark on a holistic approach towards your well-being, reaching new heights of vitality. Discuss the mind/body connection for a total package. A wellness session will include discussions on nutrition, fitness and mindset with an emphasis on behavioral changes.

Workshops, Master classes & Retreats

Workshops and masterclasses are conducted quarterly; online and in person and designed with you in mind!

Retreats are taylored to your needs or the needs of your group; corporate, family, and friends. Indulge in the ultimate wellness experience; farm to table harvesting and more.
